? Hiring: Cable Tie Sales Head

We are not looking for someone to maintain a business. We are looking for someone to build one.
We are now looking for a Cable Tie Sales Head to take our cable tie vertical from ₹0 → ₹30 Cr in Year 1.
Responsibilites

Build the General Market
- Grow the distributor base by 50% across electrical wholesale, industrial and MRO segments.
- Convert existing distributors to full-range buying through pricing and brand development.
- Maintain 90–95% distributor retention.
- Deliver better ₹/kg realisation than the industry benchmark.
- Build and lead a sales team capable of sustaining the run rate.

Build the OEM Business
- Develop relationships with large OEMs
- Target Solar, EPC, Switchgear, Wiring Harness, Railways, Telecom and Appliance manufacturers.
- Sign ₹8 Cr worth of OEM contracts.
- Build a pipeline capable of converting 50+ OEM customers within 6 months.




- Improve conversion rates across every stage of the sales funnel.

Own Demand + Capacity Alignment
- Work closely with PPC to ensure production stays ahead of demand.
- Use SKU-level sales data to influence mould and capacity investments.
- Drive operational efficiency with a target of 95% OEE.
