Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable life and general insurance solutions.



Daily activities include meeting and onboarding new clients, explaining product features and benefits, assisting clients with online comparisons and policy applications, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and renewals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and insurance companies on proposals, documentation, claims support, and service issues. The Relationship Manager is expected to achieve assigned business targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
