Role Overview

We are looking for a D2C Intern ( Direct to Consumers) who will get hands-on exposure to the 360° D2C business, including sales execution, order tracking, launches, lead generation, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Track high-value orders and festive sales spikes in coordination with the Operations team.
Assist in day-to-day D2C execution and track metrics for recent and festive launches.
Support international lead generation for gifting and bulk orders.
Conduct post-delivery feedback calls for gifting and bulk customers.
Coordinate with Operations, CX, and Planning teams for various D2C activities.
Maintain trackers and support basic reporting of D2C performance metrics.
Assist the team in ensuring smooth execution of daily and festive business activities.

Internship Outcome





By the end of the internship( 04 - 06 months) , you will gain:
