Requirement - Fresher to max 2year exp.

Typing Speed 25WPM / Accuracy : 95%

Excellent Comm skill.

Night Shift – 8.30PM – 6AM, 11PM – 8.30AM,

No Indian Festivals / Holidays, working. 24hr coverage, Overtime will be paid.

Working days 5, rosters will be prepared.

Training period to ramp up time – 2 months, no leaves, set clear expectations.

What we are looking for: -
- We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to deliver high-quality support through digital chat platforms
- This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions




- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS)
- Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- 0–2 years of customer service experience (chat support preferred)
- Solid written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Prior experience in chat-based customer support
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms
- Excellent written communication and typing accuracy

- Two way cabs with nodal points within 40km radius, no last minute drops due to nodel routes, please keep the expectation set from day1
- Meals are not provided.
- 1 month training at Client site and afterwards will be moved to production.
