About the Role

The role is responsible for preparing, analyzing and publishing business MIS, dashboards and presentations to support planning,

performance reviews and strategic decision-making for the NRI business. The incumbent will work closely with channel teams and

internal support functions to monitor business trends, highlight gaps and enable timely business interventions.

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare, analyse and publish periodic dashboards, MIS and business reports for key stakeholders across BB, NDRM and GCC

channels.

. Create management dashboards and presentation packs that capture YoY trends, performance highlights, gaps and actionable

insights at a glance.

. Support ongoing segment management through regular performance monitoring, data validation and issue tracking.

. Collect, consolidate and maintain representative office data, scorecards and channel-level performance inputs.

. Coordinate with BIU, IT, ABR, Finacle and other support teams for accurate data availability, analytics-led reporting, MIS





automation and data-related requirements for the NRI business.

. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, EDM inputs, business updates and analytical notes for reviews, campaigns and field

engagements.

. Raise, track and follow up on JIRA/technology, OAS requests and coordinate with relevant teams for timely closure.

. Engage with field teams as required to support campaigns, drive updates, data clarifications and business reviews.

Qualifications

. Graduate or postgraduate with approximately 3 years of experience in channel support, sales support, business MIS or analytics

roles.

. Strong analytical and MIS skills with hands-on experience in business reporting, dashboard preparation and performance

analysis.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create transparent, business-ready presentations and updates.

. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
