Doo Smart Homes Automation (https://thedoo.io/) is powered by smartSense Solutions, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Intern / Sales Intern. DOO builds connected, easy-to-use smart-home and smart-space solutions that make homes and offices smarter, more convenient, secure, and connected. DOO's product ecosystem includes Smart Switches, Smart Touch Panels, the Smart Retrofit Module, DOO Hub, Motion Sensors, RGB Controllers, Curtain Control, Dimmable Lights, IR Remote, Video Doorbell, Temperature Sensor, and the DOO mobile app.

Job Role
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, emails, and other prospecting activities to generate recent leads.
- Understand customer requirements and clearly explain relevant DOO smart-home solutions.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a structured, up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective customers or partners.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.




- Conduct market and competitor research in the smart-home automation and IoT industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and business partners.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM / Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
- Support dealer meetings, demonstrations, and other business-development activities when required.
- Track outreach, conversions, meetings, and other sales-related KPIs.

Requirements
- Any fresh graduate pursuing/holding a BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, or another relevant degree.
- Strong communication, customer-facing, confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects regularly.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentations.
- Fluent in English. Know
