Designation: Principal Architect (Python)

Location: Gurgaon (5 days WFO)

Experience: 12-18 years

Background:- B2C companies (fintech preferred)

Reporting – Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

⚫ Design, develop, and implement large-scale, highly distributed, and resilient software solutions that meet the business and technical requirements.

⚫ Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and architects, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices.

⚫ Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the projects.

⚫ Research and evaluate current technologies and tools, and recommend the best solutions for the projects.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

⚫ 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture,



with a proven track record of delivering successful projects

⚫ Hands-on experience with coding in Python, Java, React JS, and other relevant languages and frameworks

⚫ Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and OCI, and familiarity with their services and features

⚫ AWS certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it within a reasonable time frame

⚫ Contribution to the open-source community with expertise and insights

⚫ Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, architecture styles, and best practices

⚫ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

⚫ BE/MTech/Phd degree in computer science, engineering, or related field from tier-1 collegeience.
