We are seeking a Senior Manager – UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience and interface design initiatives for our Fulfilment space within the warehouse and supply chain domain. This role will drive both UX strategy and UI excellence across enterprise-grade applications used in highly dynamic warehouse environments.

As a design leader, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and user adoption. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders while mentoring a growing team of designers to deliver impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Leadership: Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple products and platforms, establishing design standards, usability principles, and visual consistency.
- Strategic Thinking: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Business teams to define long-term UI/UX vision and product roadmap for fulfilment and warehouse management solutions.




- Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- User-Centred Design: Champion user-centric design methodologies by leveraging user research, workflow analysis, usability testing, and data-driven insights to deliver seamless user experiences.
- UI Design Excellence: Drive high-quality visual design execution, including interaction design, layouts, typography, iconography, responsive design, and enterprise-grade interfaces aligned with contemporary design standards.
