Role Description The Caller role at The Orbis Academy is a full-time, remote position focused on outreach and communication with prospective and current learners, families, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to share information about programs, responding to inbound inquiries, and providing clear, accurate details about courses, schedules,



and enrollment processes. The Caller will document call outcomes, update contact records in internal systems, and follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to different audiences. The role also involves scheduling follow-up calls or appointments, escalating complex questions to the appropriate team members, and meeting call volume and quality targets. Collaboration with admissions, support, and academic teams is expected to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all contacts.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain information in a concise, professional manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving when interacting with learners and families.
