Job Title - Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer - 1 Years - Chandigarh Summary - We are looking for a meticulous proactive and detail-oriented Associate Software Quality Assurance SQA Engineer with 1 years of experience to join our QA team The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality reliability and performance of software applications You will collaborate closely with developers product managers and senior QA engineers to identify report and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle Location - Chandigarh Key Responsibilities - Perform manual and or automated testing across web mobile and desktop applications Design develop review and execute test plans test cases and test scripts Conduct system testing functional testing regression testing user acceptance testing UAT performance testing and test automation as applicable Identify document and report defects using defect tracking tools such as JIRA including clear steps to reproduce Work closely with development teams for defect triaging root cause analysis and verification of fixes Ensure prompt responses to bug-related queries and validation requests Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across all phases of the SDLC Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes standards and methodologies Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field 1 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing roles Strong understanding of SDLC QA methodologies tools and processes Hands-on exposure to at least one automation tool framework or performance testing tool Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methodologies Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively under pressure Proactive mindset with a robust desire to learn
