About the Role:

We are looking for a Head – Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to drive enterprise-wide consumer-centricity, strategic audience insights, and foundational research for owned brands and fashion categories. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building proprietary consumer panels, uncovering regional growth opportunities, and enabling data-backed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

? Consumer Panel Architecture – Build, recruit, and maintain proprietary always-on consumer panels representing core cohorts (Mature Women 35+, Superfans, Gen Z, Non-Users). Drive cross-functional adoption to inform AOP, QBRs, and product/site activations.





? Regional & Audience Insights – Uncover regional buying behaviors and media habits to build tailored GTM frameworks for Tier 2 markets and focus regions (e.g., South India). Conduct deep-dive studies on Luxe, Ultra-Luxe, and Fragrance cohorts.

? Owned Brands Research – Deliver foundational consumer research for the entire Owned Brands portfolio – audience identification, brand positioning, concept testing, product formulation testing, and communication strategy.

? Fashion & Lifestyle Insights – Lead the consumer insights agenda for Fashion vertical – Kids, Men, Superusers, and emerging segments. Translate behavioral trends into strategic levers for audience expansion.

? Joint Business Planning (JBP) – Bring proprietary consumer expertise and shopper insights into strategic conversations with key global and national brand partners. Provide category-level intelligence to optimize brand marketing and platform activation.
