About
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Commercial Cards, Trade and Forex, BBPS and Fastag and Sector Solutions. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. The Marketing and the Implementation team manages the branding and smooth onboarding of customers.

About the Role
To drive the Commercial Card Business at Region Level in the assigned coverage segments (including CBG), Branches and NTB clients This business contributes 30% to the overall CMS Fee and is a very significant business for WBP for generating FEE and building client stickiness. The Regional Sales Manager will be managing a Team Size of 4-7 team members and will be responsible for delivering at a Region Level segmental budgets in terms of revenue, new client onboarding, spends, limit set-up
Key Responsibilities
. Responsible for achieving the overall Business KRA's
. Responsible for managing/nurturing/driving the team to deliver on the business goals
.



Internal Stakeholder management across Coverage, Product, BSG, IT, Branches, Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Policy and Compliance team
. Regular engagement with the stakeholders in the Coverage, SCF & Trade, SCF (Auto & Commercial Vehicle) and Branch Banking Segment to drive commercial card penetration in their respective portfolios
. Delinquency management
. To have an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Card P&L;
. To work with various fintech players into MSME lending space and identify partnership opportunities to card the fintech's MSME base
Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. Post Graduate in Business Management
. Understanding of the Commercial Card business
. Between 8-10 years, of which minimum 3 years should be in team handling role
. Should be result oriented and willing to deliver on the business/client requirements
