We are looking for an experienced Brand & Digital Marketing Head to lead the brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives for a healthcare and aesthetic-focused business. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in branding, digital marketing, and team management, along with relevant experience in dermatology, skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, cosmetics, or healthcare.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can strengthen brand positioning, drive digital growth, and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall brand and digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, awareness, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, leads,



and customer acquisition.
- Develop content and communication strategies that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and healthcare positioning.
- Lead and manage a team comprising SEO specialists, content writers, video editors, website developers, and other marketing professionals.
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee website performance, SEO initiatives, content production, social media presence, and digital campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
