About Process Excellence & Automation
The PE&A; department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transformation and quality improvement across business functions. The team is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and driving these initiatives across the bank (Retail, corporate banking, ATM, Phone banking and Digital banking) to deliver measurable and tangible business outcomes.

About the Role
.We are looking for product managers for Siddhi, an employee productivity app that is being expanded across roles in the Bank. The product manager will be responsible to build new business journeys and functionalities relevant to the business.
.Build a best-in-class digital solution by working with stakeholders across the Bank such as Risk, Compliance, Technology etc
.Create campaigns to drive business adoption and grow portfolio
.Partner with line of business to drive employee engagement
.Responsible for project execution, experience design
,

Key Responsibilities




.The candidate should be able to work Independently / as a team member and add value to ongoing projects & initiatives.
.Mind mapping of business requirements to build best in class mobile journeys
.Build best in class journeys
.Work closely with BIU, BSG, Technology to deliver high business impact deliverables
.Own the P&L; for Siddhi and identify white space to drive business value

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Candidate must be B.Tech / BE / MBA / MCA / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from a recognised college / university.
.5+ years in Banking and retail banking branches
