Role Summary

The Program Manager will lead a high impact marketplace platform program for a large enterprise client in a delivery focused client facing role This role involves end to end program management strategic leadership and stakeholder management to ensure the programs objectives are met on time within budget and to the required quality and scope The Program Manager is accountable for planning executing and governing multiple project workstreams aligning project outcomes with the clients business goals and marketplace platform strategy3 This position demands robust leadership communication and organizational skills to coordinate cross functional teams and deliver a successful marketplace program that achieves the desired business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager will have full ownership of program delivery and governance Key responsibilities include





Program Planning Execution Develop a comprehensive program plan and schedule based on client needs establishing a scope budget and timeline baseline4 Oversee daytoday program execution including Multi project coordination resource planning and change management to keep all workstreams aligned with program goals

Delivery Management Drive the program to completion on time within budget and to scope5 Monitor progress across all projects implement rigorous milestone tracking and budget control and proactively manage variances to ensure the program stays on track and in control.

Risk Issue Management Anticipate potential risks and issues across projects Establish a structured risk and issue management process identify assess and mitigate risks promptly and effectively7 Develop actionable contingency plans to address project challenges and ensure minimal impact on timelines or deliverables
