Your role and responsibilities
We currently have an opening for the position of Technical Manager (Senior-Level) within ABB India, based in Bangalore – Southfield.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead a high-performing team of .NET Full Stack developers. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people management responsibilities, requiring the ability to guide technical strategy, foster team development,
and deliver results through Agile methodologies.
The role requires strong technical expertise across .NET Full Stack development, cloud and DevOps, databases, infrastructure, automation, security, and up-to-date software engineering practices, along with proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
This is a senior-level role and candidates should have 12+ years of overall experience, including 3–4 years of team-handling experience.

- Lead sprint planning and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, deliverables, quality standards, and development priorities are effectively managed.
