Job Role: Relationship Officer – General Insurance

Job Location: Remote/WFH (Only from India)

Experience: 2+ years in General Insurance (related banking products)

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 week notice preferred

Employment Type: 6 months contract with possible extension

End Client: UAE Based Bank

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets for General Insurance products

✅ Qualify and manage leads received through Dialer, CRM, Email, and Digital channels

✅ Generate current business opportunities through proactive calling and client engagement

✅ Manage CRM updates and lead tracking efficiently

✅ Drive business across Motor, Home, Travel, and other General Insurance products

✅ Manage renewals and build long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Experience:





✔ Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate qualification or related field

✔ 3+ years of experience in related industry roles

✔ Strong knowledge of General Insurance products

✔ Proven track record in business generation and relationship management

✔ Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
