As our Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator, you'll be one of the first people our candidates speak to. You'll help guide them through the recruitment process, answer their questions, arrange interviews, and make sure everything is ready before they join the team.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment
- Posting job adverts across a range of recruitment platforms.
- Reviewing applications and keeping candidate records up to date.
- Arranging interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
- Responding to candidate enquiries in a friendly and professional way.
- Preparing recruitment paperwork and reports.
- Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administration.

Onboarding




- Preparing contracts and new starter paperwork.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and right-to-work documents.
- Making sure employee records are accurate and complete.
- Organising induction schedules for new starters.
- Working with colleagues to make sure new employees have everything they need before their first day.
- Following up on any outstanding paperwork or compliance checks.
- Looking for simple ways to improve our onboarding process.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, communicates well, and takes pride in doing things properly.

Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, onboarding, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
