About the Role

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter / Back Office Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. This position is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers with robust communication, organizational, and computer skills. The role will involve a combination of US IT recruitment, candidate coordination, documentation, data management, and day-to-day back-office administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with computers and recruitment tools, and willing to work in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

US IT Recruitment
- Understand IT job descriptions and client requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Search for candidates using Boolean search techniques.




- Review resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and phone conversations.
- Verify candidate availability, location, experience, work authorization, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an updated candidate pipeline.
- Assist with candidate submissions, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams.

Back Office Administration
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Enter and maintain data in ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents.
- Upload resumes, identification documents, onboarding documents, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain trackers for candidates, interviews, submissions, offers, and onboarding.
