Senior OPT Recruiter – US IT Staffing

Primary Goal: We are looking for a Senior OPT Recruiter who understands the US IT staffing market and enjoys working with candidates. You should have hands-on experience with OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, EAD, W2, and C2C candidates and be comfortable managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

The main goal is simple: find the right candidates, build strong relationships, and help them move successfully through the hiring process while achieving recruitment targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other platforms.
- Work closely with candidates on OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, and EAD.
- Understand candidate profiles, work authorization, skills, experience, and job preferences.
- Screen candidates and identify the right opportunities based on their background.
- Explain job requirements, interview processes, and opportunities clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, submissions, and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with the recruitment and sales teams to close open positions.
- Consistently work toward individual and team recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Share sourcing ideas and support junior team members when required.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / OPT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience working with OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates.
- Good understanding of H1B, EAD, W2, and C2C.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
- Experience handling international graduates is a strong plus.
