ROLE OVERVIEW:

1. End-to-End Sales Execution Ownership

• Drive weekly and monthly revenue targets from existing inside-sales funnels

• Ensure targets are met consistently without CEO intervention or escalation

• Own the floor — be accountable for every missed number and every recovery plan

2. Capacity & Productivity Management





• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them by reallocating people, time, and

incentives

• Ensure team capacity is always right-sized to meet demand and pipeline expectations

• Monitor and improve per-rep and per-TL productivity on a continuous basis.

3. Supervisor Effectiveness

• Ensure Team Leader performance, coaching quality, and professional development

• Upgrade weak supervisors or exit them — you are accountable for who leads your teams

• Build a layer of TLs who can independently run their pods with minimal guidance

4. RCA & Continuous Improvement

• Own root cause analysis for all operational failures: FRT misses, conversion drops,

productivity leakage

• Implement fixes fast — diagnosis is not enough; accountability is on you to close the loop

• Track improvement metrics and report weekly to L4

5. Incentives, Discipline & Standards

• Design and enforce incentive structures that drive the right behaviou
