Position: Drone Trainer

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions to students on Drone technologies and systems.
- Conduct training on topics such as:
- Deliver theory and hands on training on UAV systems, including drone assembly and flight operations.
- Travel to partner colleges and training centres to conduct offline training and practical sessions.
- Design and develop training modules, presentations, manuals, and hands-on learning activities for students.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Drone technology.
- Work closely with industry professionals and technical teams to ensure training content is aligned with current industry requirements.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and practical sessions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students to improve their understanding of Drone systems.
- Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and feedback reports.




- Support program teams in ensuring effective training delivery and student learning outcomes.
- Assist in program implementation, curriculum improvement, and industry-aligned training initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply):
- Knowledge of flight controllers (Pixhawk/Ardupilot) and mission planning tools.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (essential for delivering training sessions):
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and technical explanation abilities
- Comfortable travelling regularly to colleges and training centres for conducting training programs:
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in agile training environments:
- Local language proficiency is mandatory

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
