In Group T&O;, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
- Desktops / Laptops & Windows workstation Administration and End User IT Infrastructure support and maintain higher uptime of EUS Systems & high quality user support.
- Manage BAU activities like EUS system management. Etc. and project activities like new system installation, migration etc.
- Manage of vendors (onsite/Offshore) infra support professionals for support & service delivery. Ensure that the defined processes (e.g. System & IS Compliance, Asset Mgmt, Incident, Change, Capacity and Problem Management) are well applied & followed.

- Responsible for overall delivery in co-ordination with Users and EUS support Team for EUS System management.
- Ensure and maintain higher uptime of EUS Systems and EUS support.
- Should have a solid grasp of Windows Desktop operating system & performance tuning, OS patch updation, SCCM and printer management.
- Draft support documents and updating operations manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), life-cycle documentation
- Provide domain expertise to maintain overall system health and stability - Collaborate with Operations team to help them with Critical issues/outages, Validate Root Cause Analysis for the critical outages, Collaborate with vendors for smooth introduction of current solutions/services for operations,
- Knowledge in Security management by Windows Desktop OS hardening, SCCM -Patch Management, Vulnerability fixing.

Required Experience
- Proficiency (oral and written) in English, any additional language is a plus
- Minimum 6-8 y
