Dreamer Trust is seeking a passionate, organized, and committed Field Coordinator to oversee and support for planning, implementing, monitoring, and coordinating field-level activities of the organization. The role involves working closely with community members, beneficiaries, local stakeholders, government officials, volunteers, project staff and maintain valuable relationships with respected donors to ensure all works are coordinated effectively in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
- Responsible for collecting donations from all existing donation boxes every month.
- Responsible for daily data collection and data entry from the project site.
- Identifying new slum areas for program expansion and coordinating program implementation.
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, field visits, and community programs.
- Work closely with beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Prepare case studies, documentation, and donor updates.
- Organize awareness campaigns, outreach programs, workshops, and community events.




- Assist in fundraising activities, proposal writing, and donor communication.
- Support volunteer coordination and team management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safeguarding practices.
- Identify challenges in project implementation and recommend practical solutions.

Skills Required:
- Experience in community development, child welfare, education, food distribution, livelihood, or humanitarian projects.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages is an advantage.

Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
