Job Summary

Khaitan's is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with solid expertise in core accounting, taxation, and financial controls to manage the complete accounting cycle for multiple business entities. This role requires high integrity, accuracy, and the ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
- Handle end-to-end accounting including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime:




- Monitor cash flow and control expenses

Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST returns, TDS filings, and Income Tax compliance
- Ensure timely statutory payments and proper documentation
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

Internal Controls & Monitoring
- Implement and enforce internal accounting controls and procedures
- Verify expenses, vendor payments, and procurement records
- Identify discrepancies, financial risks, and policy deviations
- Maintain zero tolerance towards financial irregularities

Process & Team Support
- Standardize accounting processes across business entities
- Support management with accurate financial reports
- Guide junior accounting staff when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
