Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities while learning practical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Help maintain employee records and HR files.
- Support attendance and leave management activities.
- Prepare HR reports and update daily work trackers.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
