Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and room assignments
- Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance needs
- Train and motivate housekeeping staff on quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Handle guest requests related to room maintenance and housekeeping
Requirements & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work in shifts
