Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, installation, and commissioning of all MEP systems in the tower, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
- Involvement and coordination with the design team to ensure MEP systems align with the overall project design.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and system designs to ensure accurate implementation.
- Source and evaluate MEP contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Study work orders, BOQ, contract documents, and make necessary changes to meet MEP requirements and vendor finalization.
- Manage and oversee MEP contractors during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to budget development for MEP systems and monitor costs throughout the project.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and functionality.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure MEP installations meet the specified standards.




- Conduct inspections and address any issues related to MEP systems promptly.
- Complete monitoring of the overall project, directing subordinates including staff and contractors/sub-contractors/vendors in MEP execution work from installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintain accurate records of all MEP-related activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and equipment inventories.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management, highlighting any delays or challenges encountered.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
