Job Summary

The Lead Consultant in SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration is responsible for overseeing the successful upgrade and migration of SAP Basis to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transition and optimal functionality in alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end upgrade and migration projects for sap basis to s/4hana.

2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.

3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.

4. Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.

5. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for sap basis s/4hana configuration and optimization.

6. Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements to support business operations.

7. Stay uptodate with the latest sap technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

Experience

Core SAP Basis Skills





Robust SAP Basis administration experience across ECC, S/4HANA, BTP,BW, BW/4HANA, HANA, Fiori, Gateway, Web Dispatcher, PI/PO, Solution Manager and related SAP components.

Hands-on experience in system copy, system refresh, client administration, transport management, kernel upgrades, support packages, add-on installation and SAP Notes implementation.

HANA administration including backup/recovery, tenant management, HANA revision upgrades, performance troubleshooting and HANA System Replication exposure.

Experience in SAP monitoring, job monitoring, interface monitoring and operational support using SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, HANA cockpit or equivalent tools.

Ability to prepare technical documentation, migration checklists, issue logs, validation reports and operational handover documents.

Cloud architecture and technical Fundamentals knowledge
