About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Associate
- In this role, you will:
- Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans
- Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers; and interact with internal and external customers
- Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance, related to low to medium tasks and deliverables
- Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
- Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters which developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide guidance and training to peers
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable
- Required Qualifications:




- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications
- Commercial Loan Servicing and/or Loan Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY, or equivalent commercial lending platforms.
- Working understanding of Asset Based Lending products, Agency and Participation loan servicing concepts, collateral structures, and servicing workflows.
- Robust attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to ensure accurate and timely processing across multiple deal structures.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of loan documentation and ability to interpret key elements of Legal Credit Agreements, including agency and participation
