Role Objective
To assist in the execution, coordination, branding, and operational support of Law Practice’s content, events, thought leadership, and media initiatives under the guidance and direction of the reporting lead. The role is execution-focused and designed to support strategic initiatives through organised coordination, creative assistance, content management, and digital communication support.
Core Responsibilities
1. Event Branding & Creative Support -Assist in creating short-form promotional videos for: ○ Redevelopment Roundtable Discussions (RDRD) ○ Founder-Investor Boardroom (FIB) -Support branding consistency across event communication material 2. Social Media & Content Execution Support -Assist in managing content across: ○ LinkedIn ○ Instagram ○ YouTube -Help optimise captions, hashtags, formatting, thumbnails,



and scheduling based on platform requirements -Support ex;ecution of content strategies developed by the reporting lead 3. Presentation & Content Assistance -Assist in preparing presentations for: ○ RDRD initiatives ○ FIB initiatives ○ Internal discussions and awareness sessions -Support content formatting, structuring, proofreading, and visual presentation 4. Photography, Video & Asset Management -Assist in photography and video documentation during: ○ In-house events ○ Sponsored events -Organise and maintain digital archives of: ○ Photos ○ Videos ○ Creatives ○ Branding assets -Coordinate with editors and creative vendors for content delivery 6. Website & Vendor Coordination -Coordinate with website teams for: ○ Content updates ○ Branding consistency ○ Event and publication uploads
Required Skills & Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in:
○ Social media ○ Content coordination

○ Digital marketing assistance
-Basic understanding of:
