Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with farmers, educate them about our agricultural growth initiatives, products, and services, and convert interested prospects into active participants or customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact farmers, agricultural landowners, and agri-business leads provided by the company.
- Explain the company's agricultural growth programs, services, and business opportunities.
- Understand farmers' crop patterns, cultivation practices, and farming requirements.
- Provide basic guidance regarding crop-related solutions and benefits offered by the organization.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and agricultural communities through regular follow-ups.
- Identify potential opportunities for sales, farmer onboarding, and business expansion.
- Schedule meetings, field visits, or consultations with the respective agricultural advisors or sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and customer information in CRM or reporting sheets.




- Follow up with interested farmers and ensure successful onboarding into company programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness Management, or related fields preferred.

Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of major agricultural crops and their cultivation practices.
- Knowledge of seasonal crops, pest management, fertilizers, irrigation methods, and crop lifecycle.
- Familiarity with farmer challenges, agricultural markets, and rural business environments.
- Ability to explain agricultural concepts in a simple and farmer-friendly manner.

Communication Skills
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident speaking voice with excellent telephone etiquette.
