Job Summary

A Sales Representative in a departmental store assists customers in selecting products, provides product information, maintains store displays, and ensures a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products within the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of shelves and displays.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and labeled with prices.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Operate billing counters and handle cash/card transactions when required.
- Keep track of inventory and report low stock levels.
- Stay updated on ongoing offers, promotions, and discounts.

Required Qualifications




- Minimum: 10th/12th pass (Higher education is a plus).
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Key Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic math skills for billing and transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Friendly, presentable, and positive attitude.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹350.00 per day
