Key Requirement for the Position
Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Secured / Unsecured / Mortgages / Hard Bucket collections
- Influential communication skills in English and local languages
- Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn recent things, and takes the initiative & challenges
- Understanding the local market is mandatory
Customer Engagement:
- Engaging the customers by providing necessary information about the date of payment and regularly taking feedback about the company
- Working towards increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards the company
- Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections
- Collection Management: Managing the timely payment of the overdue and following up regularly with the delinquent customers to make sure that payments are done
