Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of field collection executives.
- Monitor daily collection performance and target achievement.
- Allocate accounts and territories to team members.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide on-ground support.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments from customers.
- Track and manage delinquent accounts to minimize losses.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and collection practices.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, and branch teams for issue resolution.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances professionally.
- Maintain portfolio quality and achieve collection efficiency targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
