We're looking for a motivated and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pune, India. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for a variety of professional and technical positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience while supporting the growth of our Pune operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning, and local market trends.

Qualifications




- At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, supply chain, project management, or finance-related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
