Experience Required

Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and ensure quality teaching, learning, and clinical training.
- Plan, implement, and monitor academic and administrative activities of the College.
- Ensure compliance with University, NCAHP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise faculty, staff, and institutional committees to achieve academic excellence.
- Oversee admissions, examinations, student welfare, discipline, and grievance redressal.
- Promote research, faculty development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, laboratories, library, equipment, and institutional records.
- Coordinate inspections, accreditation processes, and statutory reporting.
