Job Summary

Middleware WebMethods - L3 Project: DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) Location: Chennai / Noida (Offshore / Onsite as applicable) Experience: 8-14 Years Shift: 24×7 Support - On-call / Escalations Role Summary The WebMethods L3 Engineer is responsible for platform stability, complex troubleshooting, and architectural oversight of DePuy middleware integrations within a regulated healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Act as L3 escalation point for critical middleware incidents. Perform advanced troubleshooting including JVM, heap, and thread analysis. Design and support HA / DR architecture and DR drills. Lead RCA, problem management, and preventive actions. Manage platform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning. Oversee security hardening and certificate lifecycle management. Support complex partner integrations and onboarding. Review integration designs, flow services, and BPM models. Ensure compliance with J&J; audit, validation, and regulatory standards. Mentor L2 engineers and provide technical leadership.



Technical Skills Software AG webMethods IS, MWS, UM/Broker, Deployer Advanced integration patterns and error handling JVM tuning and performance optimization Linux scripting and Oracle DB fundamentals Security: SSL/TLS, AS2, secure file transfers
