We create content, conversations and business opportunities for salon owners, hairdressers, beauty professionals, educators, brands and aspiring industry talent.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and lay out magazine pages, editorial features, and covers using Adobe InDesign
- Create social media posts, banners, and digital marketing creatives
- Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, and event branding materials
- Ensure brand and design consistency across all print and digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with the editorial team to translate content into visually engaging layouts
- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver print-ready files within deadlines

KPIs
- Timely delivery of magazine layouts within editorial/print schedules
- Design quality and brand consistency across print & digital outputs




- Turnaround time on revisions and feedback incorporation
- Number of creatives delivered per campaign/issue cycle
- 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in publishing, media, or a magazine workplace
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven editorial environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy

Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (must-have magazine/editorial layout experience essential)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing magazine/editorial layout work
