Job Overview:
Citi’s Finance Division is comprised of various global functions, including Corporate Strategy and M&A;, Treasury, Controllers, Financial
Planning & Analysis, as well as dedicated groups supporting each of our business segments. The Finance Division is the guardian and
communicator of key financial information and controls. As a partner with Citi’s various businesses and functions, Citi Finance drives business
franchise and legal entity decisions on capital planning, liquidity, budgeting, tax, strategic direction and policy management.

Citi’s Corporate Strategy and M&A; function, serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to address high impact strategic issues across
Citi’s businesses and functions.



The team works in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to identify opportunities and
issues of strategic importance, develop transformational strategies to achieve business mandates, drive change by partnering with business
leadership, and provide clarity in complex problems to facilitate decision-making. The Executives Scorecards team sits within the Corporate
Strategy and M&A; function.

- Address strategic issues on an ad hoc basis that are complementary to the regular planning and analysis processes.
- Manage the monthly Executive Scorecard reporting process within defined timelines inclusive of population reconciliations for publication, ensuring data validation and processing of change requests in alignment with the Executive Scorecard teamguidelines.
