Job Summary
- Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to production and other departments while maintaining accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Organize, label, and maintain inventory for easy identification, retrieval, and stock control.
- Perform data entry of inward, outward, purchase, and stock transactions in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update inventory records using ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in stock verification, audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation for record-keeping and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with Purchase,



Accounts, Production, Operations, suppliers, and transport personnel for smooth material flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic organization of the store while supporting packing and dispatch activities.
- Electronics Materials distribution to Production departments engineers

Qualifications:
- Prefered Qualification: 10th and 12th (Any Diploma & Any Degree)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
