Business Development Executive (Night Shift - US Market)

About the Role

Netbounce Placements LLP is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate and qualify leads in the U.S. market. If you're passionate about sales, research, lead generation, and working with international clients, this is an excellent chance to build your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the U.S. market.
- Use lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and internal trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
- Stay updated on U.S. market trends and hiring practices.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
