The QA Tester will work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and business teams to understand requirements, create test cases, execute testing, identify bugs, and ensure smooth product releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release discussions.
- Support UAT testing and coordinate with internal or client teams.
- Maintain QA documentation and testing reports.
- Basic understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:




- 1-3 years of experience in software testing or QA.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing test cases and bug reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Positive to Have
- Experience with automation testing.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Basic understanding of performance or security testing.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant testing certifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory.

Pay: ₹310,933.20 - ₹671,303.59 per year
