Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet learning objectives and accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' development, progress, and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students’ academic and social progress.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s discipline policies.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed or equivalent).




- Valid teaching certification or license (if applicable in your region).
- Proven experience as a primary teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.

Preferred Qualities:
- Experience with [insert specific curriculum, e.g., British Curriculum, IB PYP, CBSE, etc.].
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
