CSA Certified.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
Key Responsibilities
Understanding of the Web Technologies like XML, HTML, Java Script.
Overview of Mid server configuration & troubleshooting.
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM, Service Portal, integrations, ServiceNow mobile app
Writing UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
Hands on experience with client scripts and business rules.
Troubleshooting mid servers.
Overview of different integrations like LDAP integration and Overview of Web-services.
Retrieving complex reporting’s based on user requirements
Working on system logs
Import/Export of data for different modules
Managing/ movement of update sets to move customization from Dev. to Production Instance.
Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics.
