Position: Factory Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years (in a manufacturing company, handling factory operations)
Location: Nagri, Ranchi
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee and manage complete factory operations in Wall Putty Factory.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management with hands-on factory handling.
- Labour Management Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Valuable technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and plant operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Manufacturing management: 5 years (required)
