The Security Monitoring and Badging Specialist is responsible for real-time monitoring of security cameras, alarms, and other security systems supporting the Hyderabad office. The role serves as a key operational link between local Hyderabad contacts and the GSOC team in Ohio, using Microsoft Teams and other communication channels to coordinate incident response, share situational information, and support security operations.

This position also carries meaningful secondary responsibility for badging and access administration. Badging support includes regular onboarding and credential management during normal business hours,



along with periodic support for larger batch processing needs outside standard hours. The role is expected to maintain strong documentation, support reporting needs, and help ensure consistent execution of security and access control procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control alerts, and related security systems on a 24x7 basis.
- Identify, assess, and escalate suspicious activity, alarms, incidents, and abnormal conditions in a timely manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on monitoring activity, alarm events, incident trends, and operational support.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing incidents and ensure appropriate follow-through, documentation, and handoff between shifts.
