Your role
In particular you will be responsible for:
- Implement and validate software components as per AUTOSAR standards
- Perform ECU configuration using tools such as DaVinci Configurator, EB Tresos, or Vector CANdela Studio.
- Develop and debug complex software modules (e.g., Communication, Diagnostic, NVM, Watchdog, OS).
- Conduct issue analysis, root cause identification, and provide software fixes using debugging tools (CANoe, Trace32, QCAT, or similar).
- Collaborate with system engineers and architects to define interfaces, system design, and software requirements.
- Ensure software compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and OEM quality standards.
- Support validation and verification teams during SIL/HIL testing and ECU-level integration.
- Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of software build and deployment processes.
Your Background
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in AUTOSAR-based automotive software development.
Technical Expertise
- Solid knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic (BSW, RTE, MCAL)
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming, embedded software development, and microcontroller concepts.
- Experience with configuration tools (Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, or Arctic Studio).
- Good understanding of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and Diagnostic protocols (UDS, ISO14229).
- Experience in OS, Communication, and Diagnostic stacks integration.
- Knowledge of safety and security concepts (ISO 26262, Secure Boot, Watchdog).
- Exposure to build environments (make, CMake, Jenkins) and version control (Git, SVN).
