We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Process sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse,



Logistics, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
- Support the Sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice sharing and payment follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
- Assist in inventory coordination by communicating stock availability to the Sales team.
