About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to eye care services.
- Counsel patients regarding LASIK, Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma, and other eye treatments.
- Convert inquiries into consultations and surgeries.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors and the operations team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Maintain patient records and update the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients to improve satisfaction and referrals.
- Resolve patient queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
